Kingsport nursing home resident accused of fondling 7-year-old visitor
A 76-year-old Kingsport nursing home resident is accused of fondling a 7-year-old girl who wandered into his room. According to court records, a nurse at Brookhaven Nursing Home, 2035 Stonebrook Place, reported to her supervisor that she had caught a resident, Frank Ray, fondling a young girl.
