Scammed, wheelchair-confined Plymouth woman gets ramp

Thanks to New Hope Chapel and students from Plymouth South High School, a wheelchair ramp is being built for Michele Grimes, who has multiple sclerosis and whose family was scammed out of thousands of dollars by a man claiming to have brain cancer.
