Still celebrating their recent weddding, Jeff Diel and Dee Lyons of Shawano got some devastating news. Jeff needed to have his leg amputated. “It hit him like a ton of bricks,” Dee said.

Is there any help for the disabled elderly to build a wheelchair ramp ?
